裕太(Yuta)さんは，春休みにカナダでホームステイしたときに，滞在した家庭の中学生ジャネット(Janet)さん，その兄のトム(Tom)さんと３人でスキーに行きました。次は，そのときのスキー場での会話です。これを読んで，あとの問いに答えなさい。
Janet: There are so many people here. It’s a good day for skiing.
Yuta: Yes. The white mountains look beautiful under the blue sky. I’m very happy because it has been my dream to ski in Canada.
Tom: Are you ready, Yuta and Janet? Let’s take the *lifts over there.
Yuta and Janet: Yes, let’s.
They came to the *two-person lifts.
Yuta: Janet, some people shout something before they ride the lifts. What are they shouting?
Janet: They’re shouting, “Single!”
Yuta: Single? What does it mean?
